For those who are planning to apply to Mayhem, here is a basic description of what you should do and can expect to happen.
1) Fill out an application following the template
here, and post it in this forum. A well written application goes a long way. If you don't spend much time making a good first impression, it probably won't be considered very long.
2) If your initial application is impressive, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
3) A thread will be created on the member only forums. Members who know you, or group with you are encouraged to post their thoughts there. A lack of comments will likely result in a declined application. Be active!
4) If you get along well with Mayhem's members, and they have good things to say about you, chances are you will be accepted. If accepted, you will be given the rank of Insane for 10 days and are above level 25.
Note:
*You will not be promoted to full member with characters in other active guilds*
*This entire process can be very long. If you are not proactive in interacting with members during this time, your application will likely be declined. If you don't hear from me or another officer for a week or so, send a PM or post here indicating that you're still interested*
